I would love to be able to sew and knit.

Why do you do what you do?
It makes me smile!! I have never woken up grumpy about having to go to work or having to spend the day speaking to people on the phone! I love it!!! Only thinking about being able to help as many people as I can, makes me feel happy!
What would a ‘perfect’ day look like for you?
Sunny, warm weather, being able to have a swim at the beach, then eat good food and have an amazing nap and then wake up and see my family and friends for game night!
If you could instantly learn a new skill, what would it be?
Piano or another language!!
What are your passions / hobbies?
I love all sorts of games; I enjoy walks in sunny afternoons and I love movies and popcorn!!!

This advice is a very big part of who I am. I believe a smile can save lives and I am making sure I smile to as many people I can during the day, even if I don’t know them!!

You are always interviewing. Treat every conversation you have at work or with work colleagues as if you were interviewing as you never know when your next opportunity is around the corner.

Why do you do what you do?
I love solving problems and helping. And I want to help as many people as I can to make their lives as easy as possible.
What would a ‘perfect’ day look like for you?
My perfect day is sitting on a ski lift in a Scandinavian ski resort, with my snowboard dangling off the edge as I ride up to the highest peak on the crispest day, where the sun peaks through the clouds as you get higher and higher on the mountain, and snowboard till dusk hits.
If you could instantly learn a new skill, what would it be?
To speak other languages; I have always been very envious of people who are bilingual, so to have the skill to speak every language would be fantastic.

3 dogs (Neo, Panda and Doyle) and a cat (rosy).

Why do you do what you do?
I do what I do because I believe that we should live in a world that wants to help others. This role allows me to demonstrate my will to help all clients, as well as those around me.
If you could instantly learn a new skill, what would it be?
I would love to learn another language, preferably Indonesian as it is the one destination, I spend most of my time in other than Australia!
What is the greatest piece of advice you have ever received?
Everything happens for a reason. I find that this sentence provides purpose and meaning behind the things that are often challenging, exhilarating or unfamiliar in our lives.
Where is your favourite place in the world?
Although I haven’t done much travelling, I have a very soft spot for Bali. There is so much culture in Bali that many people do not realise exists. The people are happy, the food is unique, and the hidden gems are endless. I have been to Bali 11 times and counting.

What is the most important personal attribute that you bring to your job?
The most important personal attribute that I bring to my job is diligence. My position allows me to be a very conscientious employee to the company under high levels of stress.
If you could instantly learn a new skill, what would it be?
Definitely to be able to fly a plane. I love travelling around the world and being able to fly my own plane would be a huge bonus.
What are your passions / hobbies?
I have played video games all my life, video games are my greatest passion and I spend most, if not all of my free time, playing games. Games that I currently play are DotA 2 and Valorant.
Where is your favourite place in the world?
My study room is my favourite place in the world because that is where all my video games come to life, it is also known as the most relaxing place in the world, for me at least.

I’m a big fan of the show ‘Umbrella Academy ‘, so I would pick the powers that Number Five has. Having space-time manipulation powers would be a plus as I could time travel to the past to greet my great grandfather.

For me, my family is what motivates me the most. My son is my greatest achievement and watching him grow into the most beautiful young man melts my heart daily.
