Current Invoicing Delays
We are experiencing staff shortages due to the current Omicron wave. This means our invoice processing is going to take a bit longer than usual and we are facing delays.
What are we doing to fix things?
We have been working hard behind the scenes to find ways of making our accounts processes more efficient. Part of this solution is moving across to a new system, which will help automate some of our processes and help speed things up for you. While we have been transitioning across to this system you may have experienced some delays, we apologise for this. However once it is all set up the new system will make accounts processes more efficient.
