How are your fees different to other Providers?

There is a huge difference in our fees.

A traditional Approved Provider can take up to 50% of your package funds in administration and case management fees. This leaves you with minimal funds left for your care services.

It’s also important to be wary of extra fees such as: a set-up fee, an exit fee, a daily care fee, added costs for phone calls, added costs for using support workers of your own choice. Make sure you ask Providers for all of their hidden fees.

At Let’s Get Care we are completely transparent. We charge an unbeatable low 14% flat fee and that’s it. Meaning you have maximum funds left over for what they’re meant for… your care.

People often ask how we are able to charge such a low and transparent fee and the answer is we only charge what we need to. Unlike other Providers, we are committed to offering our clients exceptional value and customer service. We believe that in order to be the best, you don’t need to charge the most – you just need to be efficient with what you have.
