Green Pencil is our online accounts system that allows you to view your Home Care Package funding. Our team worked hard to create this system and help you get the most from your package and if you have any questions about how to use it, we can help.
How do I login to Green Pencil?
You should have gotten an email from our accounts team after you signed up with us. If you don’t have an email from accounts, simply email them or ask your Care Manager to reach out. We’ve also made a handy guide that explains how to login to Green Pencil, which you can find here.
What can I do inside Green Pencil?
Once you have logged in to Green Pencil you’ll be redirected to your Dashboard. On the Dashboard, you will see the account view of your current package balance and be able to download your Monthly Activity Statements.
You will also be able to access your profile. Your profile will include a variety of information. This includes your name and the date you commenced your Package with Let’s Get Care.
Your Estimated Balance is also available to see. This is the amount we anticipate will be in your account after bills already listed in Green Pencil and package fees have been paid. This figure is based on the information you have given us, and the level of funding expected from the government for the month.
Finally, your profile will also list the fees you are being charged, this includes Case Managed Fee, Admin Fee and Income-Tested Fee (if you are paying one).
How do I access my Monthly Activity Statements?
You are able to view and download your Monthly Activity Statements inside the portal. Including statements from previous months.
To do so click the Cloud icon to download. You can view both your current Monthly Activity Statement and previous Monthly Activity Statements.
