Wondering how to access Green Pencil, our innovative accounts system? Here’s how to do it!
To gain access to your Green Pencil account please email our accounts team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 1300 497 442 and ask to speak with Accounts.
They will provide you with your unique login and password to be able to see your Home Care Package funding. There are lots of different tools included on Green Pencil to help you manage your Home Care Package.
Some of these include:
- Your estimated balance. This is the amount we anticipate will be in your account after bills already listed in your Green Pencil account and package fees that have been paid.
- Your profile which includes a variety of information.
- You current and past Monthly Activity Statements to download and view.
