With us, you get to choose who delivers your services and when they visit. You are welcome to choose your own suppliers to deliver your care services at home or continue using those who already deliver your services. While our carers will gladly help you attend your hospital medical appointments, here are just some of the aged care services you could receive in the comfort of your Sydney home.

With Let’s Get Care, our model is self-managed telehealth, meaning we always have a friendly team in the office available to take your call. Your in-home care team of suppliers, which visits and provides your services, will be local to you in Sydney. Your team in the office, including your Care Manager and other support staff, are always available to assist you via phone or video call.
