How do I apply for a Home Care Package?

To apply for a Home Care Package, you need to contact My Aged Care, the Australian government’s gateway to aged care services. We can also help you with this process. My Aged Care will send an ACAT assessor out to your home to conduct an assessment and determine your eligibility and level of need for a Home Care Package and other aged care programs. Once approved, you’ll be placed on a national priority queue until a package becomes available at your approved level.

It is an innovative online platform that allows you to manage your personalised budget with greater efficiency.
