To apply for a Home Care Package, you need to contact My Aged Care, which is the gateway to access aged care services in Australia. You can give them a call on 1800 200 422 or visit their website at www.myagedcare.gov.au. They will guide you through the assessment process and help you determine your eligibility for a Home Care Package. We can also help you along the way. 

If I have a Home Care Package, can you provide services in my area?

Absolutely! Let’s Get Care provides Home Care Package services in various regions across Australia, reaching into every community including the Eyre Peninsula. Our team will collaborate with you to ensure you receive the support and services necessary to continue living independently at home.

Can I switch to Let's Get Care?

We are a Home Care Package Provider, and aren’t a Provider of NDIS. However, if you have a disability and receive your Home Care Package we will be able to support you with disability support services and other aged care services that are relevant to your care needs.
