Self-management
The self-management model empowers you to have direct control over your care decisions, offering flexibility in choosing services and providers to best suit your individual needs.
Part-management
The part-management model offers a balanced approach, allowing you to make key care decisions while receiving guidance and administrative support from your Care Manager.
Full management
The full-management model provides comprehensive oversight and management of your Home Care Package, ensuring all needs are met seamlessly without you having to coordinate the details.
Complete management
The complete management model delivers end-to-end care coordination, entrusting the entire planning and execution to the care team. You don’t need to worry about anything at all!
How your package funds work with us.
When you self-manage your Home Care Package with Let’s Get Care, there are more funds available to spend on the care services you need. This is because the combination of our low transparent fees, and the choice to select the care providers you want to deliver your services at a rate you’re comfortable with means more funds left in your package.
We charge no hidden fees, and our low combined package and care management fee is spent on ensuring the person you speak to on the phone, whether it be your dedicated Care Manager, a clinical nurse or our friendly reception team, are trained and qualified to support you at home.

How to set up your services.
We help you get your in-home support services started quickly not only to ensure your safety but also let you get the support you need to continue living independently and happily at home. With us it’s easy.
Step 1
The first step is to speak with one of our Care Experts and we will discuss which option will best suit you and your care needs regardless of the level of the funds you’re receiving.
Step 2
Our friendly Care Experts will arrange the signup documents for you to complete online so you can get your services started as soon as possible.
Step 3
And you’re ready to get your services started! Our dedicated Care Manager will prepare a customised Care Plan for you. Moreover, with Let’s Get Care, you have the ability to choose from our huge list of amazing service suppliers or bring your own carers onboard.

Can I switch management options if I change my mind?
Absolutely, flexibility is at the core of our services. If you find your current model isn’t aligning with your needs or expectations, you can seamlessly transition to another management model. We’re committed to ensuring that your home care services are as adaptable as you need it to be, meeting your evolving needs and preferences. Your Care Manager is responsible to support you through the transition process, making it as smooth and hassle-free as possible to ensure your continued comfort and satisfaction.
What is a Home Care Agreement?
When you start a Home Care Package, you and your Provider make a Home Care Agreement that outlines the services you will receive. This agreement describes your rights and also the Provider’s rights, as well as the fees you will be charged. The agreement will also refer to other documents like your Care Plan and Budget. They are legally binding.
Can I access my statements?
We have an innovative partnership with Green Pencil, an accounts payable system that gives our clients online access to their Home Care Package funds balance and the monthly statement.
With Green Pencil, using your unique login, you are able to view the inflow and outflow of purchases and payments that have been made from your package. All payments and reimbursement of invoices will happen in 5 business days.
This sort of transparency is revolutionary for package holders and gives you real control and visibility about what is being charged and when.
