Terms and Conditions.
- The Refer a Friend offer is for one $250 AUD Gift Card (Referral Incentive) per Eligible Applicant and Eligible Referred Person when a Successful New Support at Home Referral is made (Referral Offer).
- For the purpose of these terms and conditions:
- Argent Nominees means Argent Nominees Pty Ltd ACN 118 885 528, as identified in the Referred Person’s Support at Home Service Agreement;
- Let’s Get Care and Happy Living are business names of Argent Nominees;
- Offer Period means the period commencing 1 February 2026 and ending 31 December 2026; and
- Support at Home Service Agreement means the agreement between Argent Nominees and a customer for home care services.
- This Referral Offer is issued by Argent Nominees.
- To be an Eligible Applicant, an individual must:
- be a current care recipient of home care services from Argent Nominees; and
- make a Successful Support at Home Referral to Argent Nominees.
- A Successful Support at Home Referral is made when the following criteria has been met:
- the Eligible Referred Person has applied to bring their Support at Home package to Argent Nominees during the Offer Period via the website, email or by calling a Care Expert from Let’s Get Care or Happy Living;
- the Eligible Referred Person has included the Eligible Applicant’s name in the application (and gained their consent to do so);
- Argent Nominees has accepted the referral and agreed to provide home care services to the Eligible Referred Person; and
- the Eligible Referred Person has signed a Support at Home Service Agreement and been onboarded by Argent Nominees during the Offer Period, and remains for a minimum of 14 days, a customer of Argent Nominees.
- To be an Eligible Referred Person, an individual must:
- be assigned a Support at Home package and provide their My Aged Care referral number to Argent Nominees;
- not be an existing recipient of Support at Home services from Argent Nominees; and
- currently live in a location where Argent Nominees provides home health and care services.
- Acceptance by Argent Nominees is subject to availability and suitability at the entity’s sole discretion and some applications may not be accepted.
- Any referrals made by the Eligible Applicant to Argent Nominees as completed by the Eligible Referred Person must be made based on an Eligible Referred Person’s needs and preferences.
- Where the Eligible Referred Person seeks the Eligible Applicant’s consent to be named in accordance with clause 5(b) of these Terms and Conditions, the Eligible Applicant must disclose that they will receive the Referral Incentive outlined in clause 1 upon successful onboarding of the Eligible Referred Person.
- Informal referrals, being those referrals that are not made in accordance with these terms, will not be eligible for this Referral Offer.
- There is no limit on how many people an Eligible Applicant can refer during the Offer Period.
- The validity of a Support at Home referral and proposed provision of the Referral Incentive will be confirmed within 21 days after a service agreement is signed and/or provision of services to the Eligible Referred Person by Argent Nominees have commenced (Eligible Date). The Referral Incentive will be issued to the Eligible Applicant and the Eligible Referred Person in the month following the Eligible Date.
- This Referral Offer is current as at 1 February 2026 and may be altered or withdrawn by Argent Nominees at any time. Argent Nominees reserves the right to change these Referral Offer Terms and Conditions at any time.
- This Referral Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
- All gift cards will be electronic gift cards issued by Unified Incentives Pty Ltd ABN 53 157 818 427 which will be delivered by email and the recipient acknowledges that their use of an electronic gift card is subject to the terms and conditions published on the electronic gift card, which may include an expiry date and restrictions on usage.
- Gift cards are valid for as the time period as advised on the gift card. The gift cards are provided as part of a promotional offer and expired gift cards will not be replaced.
- Australian Unity and Argent Nominees will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost Gift Cards and no replacement will be provided.
- By participating in the Referral Offer, the Eligible Applicant agrees to Australian Unity’s Privacy Policy available at www.australianunity.com.au/privacy-policy and consents to the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Referral Offer.
