At Let’s Get Care we have the largest list of service suppliers in Australia which is growing every day. At Let’s Get Care we don’t lock you into using our own carers at inflated costs, instead we broker our services nationally. This means you have the freedom to choose and find carers right for your situation, local to you.

Home Care Package holders must have a government Approved Home Care Package Provider to manage funds appropriately and to meet ongoing government compliance, on their behalf. This is a government requirement and cannot be done by the individual.

If your care needs have changed as you’ve gotten older and you are struggling to do what you used to, you may be eligible to receive some help at home from the government.

This may be in the form of a HCP or CHSP. To find out if you are eligible for support from the government you can call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and request an assessment. The outcome of the assessment will determine if you are eligible for HCP, CHSP, or neither at that present time.

Even if you are coping well today, it’s important to recognise that your needs will change over time and could change quickly so it’s best to be proactive and get assessed early.
