We charge a flat rate of 18% with no hidden costs. We help you to pay the lowest cost possible from your Home Care Package. Self-managing your Home Care Package gives you the freedom to book your own service appointments. We don’t have lock-in contracts to limit your choice. You can choose the in-home care workers you feel best suit you and your needs. At the same time, you will also have a dedicated Care Manager, who will monitor health conditions for you and make note of your needs in your Care Plan.

We’ve put together a list of frequently asked questions to guide you through the home care journey. We know it can be confusing, but we hope this helps to explain some of the most commonly confusing topics.

If your care needs have changed as you’ve gotten older and you are struggling to do what you used to, you may be eligible to receive some help at home from the government.

This may be in the form of a Home Care Package (HCP) or The Commonwealth Home Support Programme(CHSP). To find out if you are eligible for support from the government you can call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and request an assessment. The outcome of the assessment will determine if you are eligible for HCP, CHSP, or neither at that present time.

Your Provider will be required to supply you with a written Care Plan. A Care Plan is designed to meet your goals and assessed care needs as determined by your ACAT assessment. At Let’s Get Care we’ll put together a much more personalised plan in consultation with you during your initial meeting. It will set out goals and services you need to remain at home. You are required to be issued with this Care Plan within 14 days of entering into your Home Care Agreement.
