Through Green Pencil, you’ll be able to view your monthly statements, invoices, and view your available funding balance to help you get more from your Support at Home funding. With Green Pencil you have more visibility, transparency and control over your funding. We’re committed to providing you with a platform that is both safe and secure, as well as convenient.
How does it work?
This platform has been designed to make things more efficient, transparent and accessible for you, and we will continue to adapt it to suit your needs. We are really excited to offer our clients this solution, and we believe it is a game-changer in the industry.
Upon registering with us, we will arrange for you to sign the Consent to Share Online Accounts form. Once this is completed, you’ll receive an email from us with your Let’s Get Care Green Pencil login details, enabling you to access this tool.
We will arrange the sign up documents for you to complete online so you can get your care services started as soon as possible. Once your sign up is finalised you will be assigned a Care Partner who will prepare your Individual Care Plan and Support at Home Budget, specified to your unique care needs.
And you’re ready to get your services started! With Let’s Get Care you have the ability to choose from our huge list of amazing service suppliers, or bring your own carers onboard. You will get better home help with us.
How does Green Pencil help you?
View your Monthly Activity Statements
Your Monthly Activity Statements contain information about the allocation of your funds, as well as details about your supplements and billings from suppliers. It provides a breakdown of your budget for your reference. With Green Pencil you have access to all of your previous Monthly Activity Statements which you can download easily as needed.
Your supplier directory
Green Pencil allows you to review the details of all your service suppliers with just a single click. You can easily view all the necessary information about your suppliers in order to stay in touch or update any details.
Easy invoice accessibility
Setting up your account will enable you to view both outstanding and processed invoices in one convenient location. You’ll have all the information about your billing easily on this platform and can check the status of invoices to better communicate with your suppliers.
Account balance transparency
Green Pencil emphasises transparency, as it enables you to track the expenditure of your funds and check your estimated account balance. You’ll have complete visibility into where your money is being spent.
Enhanced security
At Let’s Get Care, we prioritise your safety and wellbeing. By using Green Pencil, you and your loved ones can feel confident, having more visibility of your funding. We’ve put together a list of frequently asked questions to help guide you through the Support at Home process. We know it can be confusing, but we hope this helps to explain some of the most commonly confusing topics.
Go to account.letsgetcare.com.au/login and enter your username and password provided by Let’s Get Care. A verification code will be sent to your registered email address. Check your email and enter the verification code on the login screen to access your account.
We recommend doing this the first time you login. This is important as it ensures you won’t accidentally be logged out of your account and that you can access all our features.
To change your password, click the gear icon in the top right corner. And then, Go to ‘My Account’. Click ‘Change Password’ button and follow the instructions.
If you have any issues with this process, we recommend contacting your Care Manager for assistance.
You are able to view and download your Monthly Activity Statements inside the portal. Including statements from previous months. To do so, click the Cloud icon to download. You can view both your current and previous Monthly Activity Statements.
Yes, you can choose to provide access to an approved family member, carer, or representative. For your security, only provide access to people you trust and do not share your password or verification codes.
Once you’ve logged into your Green Pencil account, you get direct visibility and control over your Support at Home funding. You can:
- See your current package balance on the dashboard so you know how much funding is available.
- View and download your Monthly Activity Statements, including past statements.
- Access your profile details, including your name, the date your package started, and your Estimated Balance
These features help you track how your funds are being spent and stay informed about your account activity.
To access Green Pencil, you need to request your login details from Let’s Get Care. Simply email the Accounts team at accounts@letsgetcare.com.au or call 1300 279 964 and ask to speak with Accounts. They’ll provide your unique username and password, and you can then log in via the Green Pencil portal.
